Extended Holiday Returns

For your convenience during the Holiday shopping season, all items purchased between November 21st and December 23rd will have an extended time period for returns and exchanges. We will honor Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) requests for those items 60 days from date of purchase. All other return conditions still apply.

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within 14 days of the buyers received date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for items returned 14-30 days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Please mail your package prepaid, insured, and traceable. We have an up to 20% restock fee to cover fees. No returns on electronics without prior approval. If you need to return an item you must call for an authorization number 888-368-9430.


  • Goods must be returned pre-paid, insured at product value, and traceable
  • Items can be returned via carrier of the buyers choice
  • Up to 20% restocking fee
  • Damaged or shortage items must be reported same day as product delivered
  • Refunds payments will be in same form as buyer paid
  • Warranty exchanges are available but freight is responsible by buyer
  • Some items may not be returnable
·  Undeliverable merchandise will be refunded minus restocking fee and additional shipping costs
·  No items are eligible for return after 30 days from date the buyer received the product
