Q: What happens after I have paid for my item?

Orders are processed each day Monday through Friday. If your payment is received after 2:00 P.M. C.S.T. or on a weekend, it is processed on the next business day. Within hours of processing your order, we pick out the items you have selected and get them ready for shipment. Once shipped (usually within 24-48 hours of receipt of your payment) we then e-mail you a UPS tracking number. We ship most of our items via UPS, FedEx (and US Postal Service upon request and for P.O. Box addresses). All of our items ship under our own shipping accounts, no exceptions.

Q: What are your International shipping policies on customs fees?

We strongly follow all International customs rules and regulations on local customs fees. It is against the law for us to reduce the winning invoice price or to declare merchandise as "used" or "gifts", so please don't ask us to do so. We declare accordingly and make no exceptions!

Q: Do you allow local pickup at your location?

Sorry, but we're just not equipped to allow individual customers to pick up merchandise. We pride ourselves on our rapid turnaround time and almost everything ships out within 24 hours of receipt of payment.

Q: What do I do if my package was lost or damaged?

If a package arrives damaged, please hold onto the merchandise and all packing materials until advised otherwise by FedEx, or UPS. You may call FedEx Customer Service at 1-800-GO-Fedex or UPS at 800-Pick-UPS.
