Q: Can I pay by Money Order or Cashiers Check?

Yes, at checkout you will be given the address to send it to. Please include the order number, product description and shipping information. If we don't get complete information with your payment, it could result in a delay of shipping. You will receive a UPS tracking number via e-mail after your product has been shipped.

Q: Can I pay using PayPal?

We gladly accept PayPal. If you're not already a PayPal member, signing up for PayPal is easy! It takes two minutes, and you'll even get $5 when you complete PayPal's new account bonus requirements. To learn more, or to get started, visit PayPal's website at: www.paypal.com. Once you have joined PayPal you can send your payment by entering our e-mail address in the "Recipient's E-Mail" field on the "Send Money" tab of PayPal. Please send payment to our account name: ourdealsrock@aol.com. Please make sure you supply us with all the information we'll need to properly ship your item!

Q: Can I pay using Western Union Money Order?

Yes, at checkout you will be given the address to send it to. Please include the order number, product description and shipping information. If we don't get complete information with your payment, it could result in a delay of shipping. You will receive a UPS tracking number via e-mail after your product has been shipped. Please allow up to 10 business days to clear our account.

Yes! We can gladly accept payments with ALL Major Credit Cards right over the phone. Please call us 888-368-9430 to make a payment. Please be advised that we can ONLY ship to the address verified by your credit card company.

Q: Can I pay by C.O.D.?

Sorry, we do not accept C.O.D. payments at this time.

Q: If I pay with PayPal -- will you ship to an unconfirmed address?

Sorry, we will not ship to unconfirmed addresses as a general rule. However, in certain cases, depending on your PayPal status, we may decide to ship to an unconfirmed address. Please contact us for further details. If you have any questions about how to confirm your address, please visit PayPal's help center.

Q: What happens after I have paid for my item?

Orders are processed each day Monday through Friday. If your payment is received after 2:00 P.M. C.S.T. or on a weekend, it is processed on the next business day. Within hours of processing your order, we pick out the items you have selected and get them ready for shipment. Once shipped (usually within 24-48 hours of receipt of your payment) we then e-mail you a UPS tracking number. You may view the shipping status of your order by visiting: www.ups.com and entering your tracking number.

Q: What shipping methods do you have available?

We ship most of our items via UPS, FedEx (and US Postal Service upon request and for P.O. Box addresses). All of our items ship under our own shipping accounts, no exceptions.

Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?

After your order has been processed and shipped, UPS usually takes 2-7 days to arrive. If you need your item faster (or even overnight!), expedited shipping is available at an additional cost. Please feel free to contact us for express shipping quotes.

Tax rates vary depending on which county we're shipping to. Contact us for details.

Q: What are your International shipping policies on customs fees?

We strongly follow all International customs rules and regulations on local customs fees. It is against the law for us to reduce the winning invoice price or to declare merchandise as "used" or "gifts", so please don't ask us to do so. We declare accordingly and make no exceptions!

Q: Do you allow local pickup at your location?

Sorry, but we're just not equipped to allow individual customers to pick up merchandise. We pride ourselves on our rapid turnaround time and almost everything ships out within 24 hours of receipt of payment.

Q: What do I do if my package was lost or damaged?

If a package arrives damaged, please hold onto the merchandise and all packing materials until advised otherwise by FedEx, or UPS. You may call FedEx Customer Service at 1-800-GO-Fedex or UPS at 800-Pick-UPS.
